UPSIDE-DOWN PUDDING The Pudding Upside Down

Apparently, even cattle and chicken experience summer heat fatigue.
It is said that dairy cows with summer heat fatigue lose their appetite, produce less milk,
and some even fall ill and suddenly die.
Then, sweets made with milk and other dairy products will be valuable too.
Puddings, for example, need milk and eggs. When dairy products become luxury items,
then our usual pudding will experience a total reversal.
The brown part will compose the majority, and the yellow part
will be an enjoyable accent to moderate the bitterness.
